Is there really an alligator in Menlo Park?

by Linda Hubbard on March 27, 2010

There was a time in 1996 when the City to the north became transfixed about an alligator in Mountain Lake. But we’re betting few residents of Menlo Park know there’s currently an alligator “loose” here. To find our resident gator, one needs to keep their eyes on the ground and see beyond the succulent border.  The result is a double take and a question: What prompted residents of this home on [you name the street!] to erect a shrine to America’s largest reptile?
