Popular bus driver Wilfin Morales has been named California Department of Education Classified School Employee of the Year. He will be honored in Sacramento at a luncheon on May 16 for his outstanding service to children and the Menlo Park City School District.

Wrote County Supervisor Dennis Hatfield in the nomination process: “Wilfin provides transportation for 95% of the District’s field trips and is known by everyone in the Community for his fun-filled bus rides. He provides educational videos and information for the students to enjoy on their field trips, and the students return to school enlightened and inspired.”
