The rain came slowly from North Bay to South Bay today, finally getting more steady mid-afternoon on. Reports InMenlo rainfall watcher Bill Russ: “As of 4:08 pm, .1″ of rain. Finally over ten inches at 10.05″. It’s still a long way to go to meet the 19.55″ at the same time last year. But maybe lots more during the night!”
