heart installation in Atherton Atherton resident Tom Owen has been a steady source of Valentines Day stories for InMenlo. That's because every year a bushel of hearts of one kind or another are delivered to his wife Janet on her birthday, Feb.11, to celebrate both occasions. The deliverer is Janet's godmother, retired Menlo School art teacher Lynn Mauser. While many of the hearts in previous years were outdoor installations, this year they meant for indoor display.
