11th annual VALPO Bowl scheduled for Friday, Nov. 15th

VALPO Bowl The VALPO Bowl is an annual football game that brings together Valparaiso neighbors, Menlo School and Sacred Heart Prep, for a good cause. All proceeds go to Peninsula Bridge, a non-profit organizaton that  promotes academic and personal success for motivated middle school students from under-resourced communities. Both Menlo and SHP host Bridge summer programs on their campuses. Both the Frosh/Soph game (4:00 pm) and Varsity game (7:00 pm) will be played at Sequoia High School in Redwood City (enter off James Avenue or use neighborhood street parking). Tickets are $5 students and $10 adults. The Old Pro will be offering a menu of hot and cold food;baked goods provided by the Menlo community.
