More rain means a flowing creek and green grass Here's a sight that Menlo Park residents haven't seen for awhile — San Francisquito Creek flowing steadily over a number of days and green grass sprouting on its banks. Emails InMenlo weather watcher Bill Russ: "An additional .3" in my gauge as of Monday morning. This brings my season-to-date total to 4.25". In the last 8-9 days, we have had almost as much rain as the previous 13 months — 2.05" versus 2.2".
