Free summer shows for the whole family at Belle Haven Library in Menlo Park

Menlo Park’s Belle Haven Branch Library is hosting a series of free events in July  to celebrate the library’s Summer Learning Challenge, “Go Do More.” There will be puppet shows, music, an animal presentation, and storytelling.

Wednesday, July 1 at 12:00 pm: Cascada de Flores. Come sing, dance and play during this bilingual family program.

Friday, July 10 at 12:00 pm: Aladdin by The Fratello Marionettes. Experience the artistry of Kevin Menegus and Fred C. Riley III and their marionettes.

Friday, July 17 at 11:30 am: Python Ron’s Reptile Kingdom. Take a look at thistraveling Reptile Adventure.

Tuesday, July 21 at 12:00 pm: Storyteller John Weaver. Hear funny, fanciful stories from around the world!

Tuesday, July 28 at 12:00 pm: Tale of the Dragon’s Tail by Puppet Art Theater. A tale about a dragon, a kingdom in trouble, and a princess who has a mystery on her hands.

The free performances are funded by the Friends of the Menlo Park Library and will take place at the Belle Haven Branch Library, located at 413 Ivy Drive.
