It was supposed to rain all day today. Instead it occasionally drizzled. As of 3:30 pm, InMenlo weather watcher Bill Russ had only recorded .1″, bringing his season-to-date to 4″.
Is there hope for more tonight? The skies darkened and rain began to fall around 4:00 pm
