Update from InMenlo’s weather watcher
Just in from InMenlo’s resident weather watcher Bill Russ who reports that “our last measureable rainfall was March 10. This leaves our year-to-date total stuck at 17.55 inches with the season slipping away.”
Bill continues: “I monitor the 10 waterbanks in Santa Clara County and they have held steady at 72% of capacity over the same dry period. Of interest is that we have added 36 minutes of daylight.
“Temperature wise it is not unusual for there to be a near 30 degree variation from daily lows and highs at this time of year.”
