How to raise happier and healthier kids

The next Parent Education Series features Fred Luskin, PhD, the director of the Stanford University Forgiveness Projects and a senior consultant in health promotion at Stanford University. He’ll talk about Authentic Parenting: A Prescription for Health and Happiness on Wednesday, March 16 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at the Menlo-Atherton Center for Performing Arts Café, focusing on parenting from a more heartfelt and less culturally pressured perspective.
Dr. Luskin is the author of the books Forgive for Love, Stress Free for Good, and the best-selling Forgive for Good: A Proven Prescription for Health and Happiness. His work has been featured in The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, the Chicago Tribune, the Wall Street Journal, Time, and O, The Oprah Magazine.
