Storm drains keep busy in Menlo

San Francisquito Creek is if not exactly roaring, it’s flowing as hard as it has since the December rains. And the storm drains emptying into look like mini water falls. Emails weather watcher Bill Russ: “Another .4″ in my gauge at 9:00 am. My season-to-date total is now 15.5″ creeping up on last year’s 17.55″. I am told a big storm is coming tonight.”

UPDATE: Emails Bill: “As of 3:30 another .45″. My season-to-date total is 15.95”. Maybe lots tonight.
