Baritone Daniel Pickens-Jones in recital on April 21

Fools and Dreamers is the title of a recital by baritone Daniel Pickens-Jones that will take place at 7:30 pm on Saturday, April 21, at St. Bede’s Church in Menlo Park. Emails the Rev. Jane McDougle: “Daniel is best known to Bay Area audiences through his appearances with leading choral ensembles, including the American Bach Soloists, Artists’ Vocal Ensemble (AVE), and the Californian Bach Society. On Saturday he present works by chubert, Wolf, Finzi, J.S. Bach and more, offering vocal music of many eras from the perspective of poets, stargazers, and fantasists.”
