Reception for artists at annual Santa Clara Valley Watercolor Society exhibit is October 5

The Santa Clara Valley Watercolor Society presents its 46th Annual Member Watermedia Art Show October 3-26, 2013 at the Rose Shenson Community Gallery, Triton Museum of Art, in Santa Clara. Artists from Menlo Park include Ferenc Besze, Berni Jahnke, and Anna Oseberg.

Each member of the society may enter one original watermedia work. Internationally known multimedia artist Jean Warren is the award juror for the exhibit. The public is invited to meet the artists at a reception and awards ceremony on Saturday, October 5, 1:00 to 3:30 pm. The Triton Museum is located at 1505 Warburton Ave. in Santa Clara.

The Santa Clara Valley Watercolor Society was formed to further the interest and appreciation of the art of watercolor and other watermedia in the community.
