“Best rain of the season” falls in Menlo Park
As of 7:55 am, there was .6″ in my gauges. That makes it 3.2″ of rain year-to-date. That compares to 15.05″ the same time last year, but 14.65″ of that total fell before January 1, 2013. This mornings .6″ is the best rain in over 12 months. There is a current of water under the San Mateo Drive foot bridge. Also, rain is forecast through Sunday.

Yes! I know that lady, she’s “The Dog Nanny”. She’s a hoot. I use her occasionally when I visit my place in Burlingame; she can be reached at donathornwall@yahoo.com or (650) 861-0606. My puppies love her, she has a great way with dogs — and people too, LOL! She is very reliable and really gives 100%, you can tell she loves her clients, both 2- and 4-footed. I recommend her, you can’t be too careful with your loved ones!

We are long time residents of Atherton and feel lucky to have found Dona. She is totally trustworthy and honest, in addition to being a great dog nanny. Hard to find someone like her. We are very protective of our dogs and she has been a blessing. Our dogs stay with Dona when we travel……..
