April showers bring May flowers in Menlo Park
Rain came to Menlo Park on Friday, adding .4″ to InMenlo weather watcher Bill Russ’s backyard gauges. His season-to-date is now 20.45″.
The bearded iris pictured is from Menlo Park resident Lisa Burnett’s yard. All of her bulb plantings have had a happy spring.

Iris are not bulbs. They are corms.
