Three-time Menlo Park Mayor Billy Ray White dies at age 81

Billy Ray White, a community activist in the Belle Haven neighborhood of Menlo Park and three times the city’s mayor, passed away on Jan. 26 at age 81. Services have been held. Many of the people Mr. White worked with salute him in an obituary that appeared in the AlmanacNews.
