Fast moving rain storm hits Menlo Park Monday morning

Late sleepers would have missed this morning’s rainstorm which hit its peak around the morning school and work commute. Emails InMenlo weather watcher Bill Russ: “Well, that storm sure blew through. Unless things get active this afternoon my figure is .35” for this morning’s rainfall. That is 7.95” season-to-date. Comparisons are no fun: 29.2” this time last year and 13” in 2016.
