All Souls Memorial service of worship & music at St. Bede’s on Nov. 3

The choir and clergy of St. Bede’s Menlo Park and Christ Church Portola Valley & Woodside will offer an All Souls Memorial service of worship and music in remembrance of all who have died on Saturday, Nov. 3 at 4:00 pm.

Music, under the direction of Katherine McKee and Lauren Wittine, will include Bach’s funeral cantata, BWV 106, Gottes Zeit ist die allerbeste Zeit, (God’s time is the best of all times), with an ensemble of period instruments featuring Amy Brodo, Rani Fischer, Lars Johannesson, Farley Pearce, Alissa Roedig, Frédéric Rosselet, and vocal soloists Wendy Chong, Katina Mitchell, Lorenzo Murillo, and Nick Volkert.

All are welcome at this free event. St. Bede’s is located at 2650 Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park.
