KCSM 91.1 Operations Director and co-host of the station’s “Morning Cup of Jazz” is making what’s become an annual appearance in Menlo Park in a program supported by the Friends of the Menlo Park Library.

On Saturday, Feb. 4, at 11:00 am, she’ll be talking about “the power of the horn,” looking at the lives and music of such jazz musicians as Charlie Parker, Coleman Hawkins, Chu Berry, Ben Webster, Lester Young and John Coltraine.

The program takes place at the Menlo Park Council Chambers, 701 Laurel St. There’s free van service for Menlo Park seniors and people with disabilities; call (650) 330-2512.
