Christmas shopping in Menlo Park

Blue Illusion (779 Santa Cruz Ave.) opened at the end of the summer. It’s an Australian chain that features French-influenced clothes. When we talked to store manager Adriana Ivanov, she stressed that all stores try to forge a community presence through fundraising efforts.

There are lots of gift items available. Pictured here are hats from $39, soaps from $6, gloves from $49, scarves from $59, jewelry from $29, Tokyomilk Body Care from $20, shoes and boots ranging from $139 to $279.
