Since that fateful day 20 years ago, scores of more violent incidents have occurred in schools across the United States, including the recent killing of 17 at Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

Join MPCSD Superintendent Erik Burmeister as he sits down with his personal friend, Frank DeAngelis, an educational leader, speaker, and consultant, for an honest conversation about school violence at the PAC at Hillview Middle School on Monday, Jan. 14, at 6:30 pm.

Mr. DeAngelis will share his experience as the principal of Columbine High School before, during, and after the 1999 tragedy. You won’t want to miss this conversation about violence, guns, schools, student mental health, and more.
