Here is a unique and memorable opportunity to share with your children, as I have with mine. The Spirit of Uganda is coming from Africa to do a tour on the West Coast.  They will be performing locally at the newly opened Performing Arts Center at Menlo-Atherton High School.

This group of 22 orphaned children (ages 8-18) from Uganda put on a wonderful performance which includes drumming, singing, dancing, and storytelling in beautiful African dress.  They are touring the United States to raise awareness about AIDS in Africa and to raise money to support and educate other orphans like themselves. Their performance is very professional and inspiring. “Invigorating the stage with that elusive thing called joy,” said the New York Times review.
