pranks

When we were growing up in Menlo Park, TPing a house was much more about the trees than the house. The goal was to get big streamers of toilet paper cascading from the tallest limbs – the more TP, the bigger pain the clean up.  Early this morning, we noticed a  TP job done on a house on Ambar in west Menlo that seems to have taken a more random approach with TP hanging from just about everywhere. Well, except from the house, of course. The folks at WikiHow actually have a tutorial about the art of TPing. Maybe one of the WikiHow authors – or an InMenlo reader – can explain the advice about not forgetting to leave a sign in the front yard that says “Addison tap.” Not sure that part of the TPing tradition ever made it to Menlo.
