Everybody in Menlo was in downtown Menlo

Yep, there may be a lot of Menlo residents who are enjoying the last week away before school starts next week. But it seems that everyone who was left in town came out for the second block party of the summer that closed Santa Cruz Avenue from El Camino to University. The crowd took advantage of music supplied by a band led by a rhinoceros as well as a jazz and bluegrass band. And even the toddler crowd took to the idea of dancing in the street.
