First day of school

All of Menlo Park’s elementary schools (Encinal, Laurel and Oak Knoll) as well as Hillview Middle School started the 2009-10 academic year this morning, prompting a mass turnout of bikes, children, parents, grandparents – and even pets – in Menlo streets this morning.
