Second two-days of rainy weather this April

InMenlo’s weather watcher Bill Russ reports that another .1″ of rain fell today in Menlo Park. That brings the year-to-date total to 20.5″. Bill says this was the second time this April that he recorded back-to-back rain days – the other was April 11 and 12.
