Picture perfect weather for summer solstice

by Chris Gulker on June 21, 2010

Today is the summer solstice, marking the northern hemisphere’s longest period of daylight. For trivia fans, the solstice actually occurred at 11:28 am GMT, which was 3:38 am PDT. 20,0000 are said to have flocked to Stonehenge to view the sunrise, but here in Menlo we were mostly happy to kick back and enjoy our first true summer day, complete with fluffy clouds and temperatures in the high 70s.
