With the City Council candidate forum scheduled for tonight (9/29), there appeared to be no favorites for the three seats contested by six candidates – at least as expressed in the flower bed outside Cafe Zoe in the Willows neighborhood. Note to the one missing candidate (Russell Peterson): get your yard sign to the friendly cafe post haste!
