The costumes get another try out this morning in Menlo Park with a Halloween parade from Burgess Park to downtown that begins at 11:45 am. Last night’s rain is expected to turn into early morning showers with dry conditions by parade start. Residents continue to put out the welcome mat for trick or treaters – even if some decorations are of the scary sort, such as this Hannibal Lector spotted on Bay Laurel.
