Elf shines at Menlo Park’s annual breakfast with Santa

It was hard to tell who was having more fun this morning at the Menlo Park Recreation Center, the many kids – predominately of the eight and under variety – who’d come to have breakfast and then visit Santa or the old gentleman’s elf. She was there with a dance and a smile to encourage even the most reluctant preschooler to climb up on Santa’s lap, or at least put a letter to Santa in the nearby mailbox.
