Spotted: Mystery street art posters on Middle Ave.

Returning from the Farmers Market this morning, we spotted a string of identical posters attached to telephone poles and trees along Middle Ave in Menlo Park. We discovered that  “xaler” has some Muggle association, but this really looks much more like “relax” spelled backwards. Anyone know who the artist or what the meaning is?
