3rd annual Ride for Ravenswood planned for Sept. 24

There is still time to sign up for the Ride for Ravenswood on Saturday, September 24. The ride supports the Ravenswood Family Health Center which provides health care for uninsured and low-income families in the Belle Haven neighborhood of Menlo Park, East Palo Alto and the North Fair Oaks area of Redwood City. The 50 mile hilly “challenge” route features steep climbs, road and coastal terrain. There’s also a 31 mile route with moderate climbs and road terrain.

The ride leaves 210 Park Lane in Atherton in groups starting at 7:00 am. The cost is $100, which includes a custom jersey; gourmet coffee, continental breakfast, and sustenance snacks will be provided prior to the ride and out on the course. Registration is available online.
