school teachers dressed for HalloweenPublic and private schools in Menlo Park and Atherton provided kids the opportunity to show off their costumes in advance of tonight’s trick or treating at parades this morning. Teachers, too, showed off their creativity. The range was so large that it was hard to pick a favorite, but a dragon who held a human capture in a cage was the talk of one parade and did show an extra dose of inspired genius.
