Downtown Menlo Park Block Party is June 20 featuring music, food and Bark Parade

The sixth annual Menlo Park Block Party sponsored by the Menlo Park Chamber of Commerce takes place on Wednesday, June 20, from 5:00 to 9:oo pm.  Downtown Santa Cruz Avenue will be closed to traffic to create ample pedestrian space.

The Block Party is an event that attracts many families to downtown Menlo Park and provides a great opportunity for local businesses to showcase their services and/or products to the general public in a relaxed setting. Highlights include a variety of food choices, the Bark Parade (pictured one of last year’s participants), children’s activities, and live bands including Acoustic Sun, BLUE, Jack Lorton, Buffalo Chips, and The Raytones.

The Summer Concert Series also kicks off at Fremont Park with Big Cat and the Hipnotics taking the bandstand.
