Spotted: Ghouls hanging from Menlo Park trees

As previously noted, decorating Menlo Park front yards for Halloween is a popular pursuit. With trick-or-treating just a couple of weeks away, residents were busy this past weekend creating some spooky sights. We spotted two big ghouls hanging from trees in west Menlo, just blocks apart.
