Community event to support M-A grad Jose Mayen family set for June 8

“Please mark your calendar for Saturday, June 8th for a community event to benefit the family of Jose Mayen. the M-A grad who was killed in an automobile accident. They have all been so touched by the support they have received after the tragic death of Jose, but on-going medical and education expenses continue to be very challenging for the Mayen family.

“The event is designed to bring all of us together again for an afternoon of good food and fun activities for a great cause. It will take place at Roosevelt Park in Redwood City starting at noon.

“We are also looking for raffle items. If you have anything you would like to donate, please contact Susan Mohr at smdmohr@aol.com.
