Menlo Park Kids Triathlon scheduled for July 13 at Burgess Park

The Menlo Park Kids Triathlon is open to children age 5 through 14 and provides a safe and fun environment for kids to compete in a triathlon with kids their same age. Organizers expect between 300 and 400 participants spread out over 5 age groups (6 & under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 and 13-14). Race distances are different for each age group, and starts will be staggered to provide the best conditions for the participants and spectators. The triathlon takes place at Burgess Pool and Park on Saturday, July 13. The event is sponsored by Menlo Swim & Sport, the City of Menlo Park, and Threshold Racing. Advance registration is available.
