Spotted: Little Free Library that’s a neighborhood effort in Linfield Oaks

by Linda Hubbard Gulker on September 12, 2013

Emailed Patricia Zahedani inviting InMenlo to a ribbon cutting ceremony: “I know you’ve done a few articles about Little Free Libraries in the area, but I thought I’d let you know about ours as this is a neighborhood project.  A few families on our street (Claremont Way in Linfield Oaks neighborhood) got together to purchase the library.  We’ve painted it, put shingles on it and installed it this week.”

Last weekend the latest little library was unveiled at a party hosted by the Meinhardt, Paczuski and Thomson families; the Ugras and Axelrod families had helped with installation. The ribbon cutting itself was done by neighborhood kids.
