Local teens and dads work on community service project together at Foothills Park

The National Charity League, Inc. (NCL, Inc.) Mid-Peninsula chapter held its annual Father Daughter Event on Sunday, October 27th, at beautiful Foothills Park in Palo Alto. The event is designed to offer dads an opportunity to perform community service work with their daughters. This year, over 50 fathers and daughters – many from Menlo Park and Atherton – worked with Acterra to prepare an area of Foothills Park for the planting of native plants.
