Free water-efficient landscaping class to be held on March 8 in Menlo Park

Menlo Park residents can attend a free water- efficient landscaping class titled “Lawn Replacement 101” on Saturday, March 8th from 9:00 am to noon to learn how to replace their lawn with a water-efficient and low- maintenance landscape using California native and drought tolerant plants. They’ll also learn about the Lawn Be Gone program that provides residents up to $3,000 in rebates for converting lawns into water-efficient landscapes.
