Where to watch firework displays on the mid-Peninsula
Both the city of Menlo Park and town of Atherton sent out reminders to residents that fireworks are illegal, urging locals to enjoy firework displays staged by professionals. Depending on cloud conditions, a number of Peninsula-based displays should be viewable from both the flat and higher ground of both municipalities. These include displays launched from the port of Redwood City (pictured), the Menlo Country Club, Sharon Heights Golf and Country Club, and Shoreline Amphitheater.
