Teen Blackout Poetry Contest (April 1 – 27 )

Pick up a newspaper or stop by the Teen Section for used book pages. Entries should be one page and must be submitted with: Name; Age; Contact Information; and Name of School. Submit at the library or email Sydnee (mardell@plsinfo.org).

Bring your friends & join us for a night of fun at the library. Teens (12-18 years old) will have access to the library’s computers and can challenge fellow teens to popular board games. Snacks and some games will be provided. Feel free to bring your own games and or gaming consoles! Please see our Teen Library webpage for registration

TAG Meeting (Saturday, April 11 from 3-4:30 pm)
The Teen Advisory Group (TAG) is a group of teenagers who provide events, contests, and resources for teens at the Menlo Park Library. Our mission is to provide an environment in which teens can express their ideas about how to improve the library. Visit our website for more information on how to join.

Magic The Gathering Club (Friday, April 17= from 4-5:30 pm)
You asked, and we listened! There is a new club in Teen Services (12-18 years old) – Magic The Gathering. It will be the 3rd Friday of each month, tentatively. No registration required; you just show up and play. It will be out on the patio. Cards will not be provided, nor will staff be chaperoning.
