Spotted: Menlo Park city truck with festive paint job

We spotted this truck on Bay Laurel in Menlo Park. It was attached to a cherry picker apparatus doing tree trimming. We told one of the workers we liked the special paint job – prints of kids’ hands. He thinks it happened as part of the recent 4th of July festivities.
