Valpo Fun Run scheduled for September 27

Menlo School and Sacred Heart Prep are hosting the third annual Valpo Fun Run, a 5k community run through the streets of Atherton on September 27, at 9:00 am starting at Menlo School.  The complete course can be viewed online.

All proceeds go to Peninsula Bridge, a nonprofit that provides academic and personal support to high-achieving, low-income students on the Peninsula from middle school through college graduation.

Register by Sept. 22 before prices increase; online registration closes September 25th; in person registration available at school till race day.

Bib and t-shirt pick up will be available Friday September 25, 7:00-8:00 am and 2:45-3:45pm, and on race day starting at 8:00 am at three locations: Menlo School in loop, Sacred Heart Prep in front of Homer Building and in front of Lower School; T-shirts not guaranteed on race day.

The run is sponsored by Halo Blow Dry Bar, Agile Fitness, Kids Against Poverty, Cardinal Education, Scott Kaloust, DDS, Bianchinis, Llumier Wellness, and Village Dr., with in kind donations by The Fruit Guy.
