Spotted: Different kind of Halloween warning

We have noticed that the remodel at this Oak Dell Drive home has been going on for quite some time. And there is always children’s play equipment in the front yard. Those two things added up to a different kind of Halloween warning posted at the beginning of the homeowner’s walkway.
