Neighborhood turns out for University Park pumpkin carving contest

The University Park area of unincorporated Menlo Park has a particularly active neighborhood group that plans Friday gatherings during the summer and an annual Halloween pumpkin carving and parade. Resident Cindy Tipton captured some of the fun.
