Facebook partners with vendors to host job fair on March 8, prep workshop on February 29

On Tuesday, March 8, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, Facebook and participating vendors will be holding a job fair at East Palo Alto’s Community & City Council Chambers (2415 University Ave.).

In addition to the Facebook Job Fair, there will be a Prep Workshop sponsored by the City of East Palo Alto on Feb. 29 at the Community Room at City Hall to prepare participants for the job fair.

Emails Jamil Walker, Facebook’s Corporate Communication Manager: “In addition to FB recruiters being onsite, there will be representatives from our vendor partners including Level 10 Construction, Allied Barton Security, and Pro-Unlimited. The job openings cover a wide variety of areas and levels.”

There is no dress code, and the job fair is open to people in surrounding communities. The vendors include: ABM – Onsite Facility Services, Allied Barton Security, Flagship (culinary), Hine Property Management, Level 10 Construction, Loop Transportation, Milestone (IT solutions), Philz Coffee, Precision Parking, Pro-Unlimited (contingent workforce), WeDriveU.
