There will be a  screening of Screenagers followed by a panel discussion on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 6:30 pm in the Hillview School Performing Arts Center.

Screenagers: Growing Up in The Digital Age  is the first feature documentary to explore the impact of screen technology on kids and to offer parents proven solutions that work. Through poignant and unexpectedly funny stories, along with surprising insights from authors, psychologists, and brain scientists, Screenagers reveals how tech time impacts kids’ development and offers solutions on how adults can empower kids to best navigate the digital world and find balance.

The movie screening will be followed by a panel discussion featuring producer Lisa Tabb,  and licensed psychologist Devin Prouty, in conversation with a Hillview School 8th grader and assistant superintendent Erik Burmeister.

Free childcare is available. Light refreshments will be served.
