It’s a blustery, rainy day at Webb Ranch Pumpkin Patch

by Linda Hubbard on October 16, 2016

girl-in-haunted-house-1The good news: Webb Ranch Pumpkin Patch was not crowded on this rainy afternoon. The downside was that most of the attractions weren’t operating.

It didn’t matter to two youngsters who enjoyed having the Haunted House to themselves, taking turns scaring each other.

And they also could scale the hay bales for a bird’s eye view of the many varieties of pumpkins.

Webb Ranch grows organic pumpkins on over 30 acres, adding more from local farmers. The Pumpkin Patch is open seven days a week from 9:00 am to dusk. The petting zoo, train and hay wagon rides and other attractions are open on the weekend (weather willing!).

For weather watchers, Bill Russ reports that the recent rains have jump started this rainfall year with 2.2 inches.
