Spotted: Halloween parading and pumpkin carving in University Park neighborhood

The decades long tradition of celebrating Halloween with a costume parade and pumpkin carving continued in the University Park neighborhood of Menlo Park Sunday afternoon. This crowd takes their carving – and their heads in glass jars – seriously!
